Yoga Sutra 3.40 blazing light

Sūtra III.40

From mastery of samāna, blazing light

He who has mastered samāna effects an arousal of the fire and causes a blaze of light.

From mastery of samāna, blazing light. He who has mastered samāna effects an arousal of the fire (tejas) of the udāna (sic) fire which has its location in the samāna life-current, and as the performer of the act, the yogin thereby causes his navel to blaze with light.
